Не могу согласиться.
Есть Releases, перерабатывать можно её. Community releases
тоже есть куда улучшать, но мне не кажется, что сливать всё
в кучу -- хорошая идея. Сейчас, давая ссылку на неофициальные
сборки, можно надеяться на не слишком большую вероятность
неоправданных ожиданий по поддержке. (disclaimer: это _не_ так
для Releases)
Впрочем, у этих страниц есть ссылка "обсуждение", лучше
продолжить именно там.
