Под безобидным "cleaned up spec" скрывается удаление зависимости на
docbook-dtds.
Пожалуйста, не забывайте отражать такие изменения в %changelog.
xmlto без docbook-dtds не работает.
Если бы girar-builder умел тестовую пересборку, то это обновление
xmlto точно не прошло бы.
Короче говоря, слишком много пакетов ломается, верните обратно
docbook-dtds побыстрее.
