Уточню, cvs.altlinux.org это cvs_NAME@cvs.altlinux.org,
а devel.altlinux.org это in_NAME@devel.altlinux.org и
ftp_NAME@devel.altlinux.org
Под вопросом, нужен ли ещё кому-нибудь cvs.altlinux.org, я имел в виду,
нужны ли ещё кому-нибудь аккаунты cvs_NAME@cvs.altlinux.org, или все уже
поменяли cvs на более соверменные альтернативы.
Судя по логам, поменяли давно.

Его можно скачать с rsync://rsync.altlinux.org/docs-anoncvs/
и дальше импортировать куда угодно.
Видимо, rsync нужно оставить на всякий случай, а cvs выключить,
точнее говоря, не включать в новой инкарнации.
