Перекладка пакетов закрылась, вследствие того что перекладывать пакеты
нельзя. Можно заливать специально сделанные для бранчев пакты в каталоги
/incoming/updates/4.0/ и /incoming/updates/4.1/.

Релиз пакета должен быть меньше сизифовского.
Релиз должен быть вида altX.M40.Y и altX.M41.Y.
Здесь X на единицу меньше сизифовского реализа, на основе которого
сделана перекладка, а Y это собственный брачевский минирелиз-счётчик,
начинающийся с единицы.
Бранчевские src.rpm пакеты должны быть сжаты с помощью gzip.
rpmbuild --define '_source_payload w9.gzdio' ...
hsh --build-args="--define '_source_payload w9.gzdio'" ...
