Скорее так. Кстати, если по горячим следам пересмотрите баги
на dhcpcd, касающиеся 3.x -- буду зело признателен за комментарии
(есть подозрение, что между 3.0 и 3.2 тоже поплыла семантика
аргументов).

В идеале и NM, и etcnet бы научить и dhcpcd, и dhclient --
программы различаются поведением в ряде случаев, насколько
читал.
