Сильно захотелось посмотреть на eric4
Начал бэкпортить, qscintilla2 не собиралась с ошибкой:

погуглил, у людей проблема решалась установкой PyQT4-3.17.3 (даже 3.17 не
работает)
Решил бэкпортнуть и его, но опять столкнулся с проблемой, которую сам решить
уже не могу:
