Я что-то собирал, потом докрутил mod_python для apache2, потом бросил
(времени не стало). По сути там вся упаковка в тупом python setup.py
install - кладет оно вполне кошерно (бинарников там нет). До пакетирования
не довел по причине слишком старой для него setuptools в сизифе (сейчас
оно вроде обновлено).
Т.е. главное иметь нужной версии setuptools чтобы оно за "яйцами" не
полезло, в остальном самодостаточная тварюшка.
PS: сразу говорю спек потерял :(
