Разумеется. А за toolchain ещё библиотеки идут. Но если всё делать
поэтапно, шаг за шагом, мы этот Сизиф год морозить будем.
Другое дело, что toolchain действительно надо эдак... подмораживать
заранее. Чтобы во время sync не получать side-эффектов "больше
несобирается".
