Что касается libdb4-devel, то, к сожалению, раньше приходилось
поддерживать в течение некоторого времени как старый, так и новый
libdb4.x-devel, чтобы иметь возможность собирать пакеты с разными версиями
libdb4.x. Но это ситуация довольно редкая, не надо её копировать.
