Думаю что в данном случае в этом нет смысла. Смысл переименования
libldap->libldap23 только в том, чтобы предоставить (на короткое время)
возможность иметь в системе одновременно два этих пакета. Это облегчает
обновление, но после полного обновления libldap должен быть удален.
С libdb4.3 все пакеты называются сходным образом; в таком случае вам
пришлось бы назвать ваш пакет openldap23.
Что по мне, то я бы не плодил и libdb4.x-* пакеты, а делал только
libdb4.x но libdb4-devel и db4-utils.
Подумайте, вы не забыли сделать
/etc/buildreqs/packages/substitute.d/libldap23-devel ? :)
