Враньё. Точнее, lib/obex.sym действительно не менялся, а вот
изменения, затрагивающие ABI, были - между версиями 1.1 и 1.2:
Add support for suspend after sending a header

(это новый флаг для функции OBEX_ObjectAddHeader)
