Я над этим работаю. Появление gcc4.1 в Сизифе стоит ожидать через
несколько дней, но не раньше очередной тестовой пересборки Сизифа.

Перестанет собираться несколько сотен пакетов. В основном пострадают те,
что используют g++, а также те, что страхуются от неожиданных warning'ов с
помощью -Werror. Эту тему здесь уже затрагивали месяц назад, в частности,
приводили ссылку на отчёт в debian-devel. Поскольку мы далеко не первые кто
переходит на gcc4.1, можно использовать опыт первопроходцев.
В общем, это будет разрушительное изменение в сборочной среде, и потребует
некоторого напряжения для возвращения ситуации в нормальное русло.
