Ох, Пётр, знали бы вы как всё сложно на самом деле...
Я знаю некоторых представителей девелоперской профессии,
способных засунуть квадратный брусок в треугольное отверстие при
помощи EMS SQL Manager'а. Так вот их _РАБОТАЮЩИЕ_ базы не
восстанавливаются pg_dump/pg_restore (-F c) на том же самом
сервере.
Ещё они любят на FOREIGN KEY вешать ON UPDATE CASCADE ON DELETE
RESTRICT, что тоже не уменьшает энтропии...
Так что это ещё бабушка надвое по воде вилами сказала...
