Я так понял, это Одно Место(tm), где лежат nosrc.rpm к разным, не
попадающим в дистрибутив (по разным причинам), софтинам.
Например туда можно сложить спеки/патчи к WMVarе или PalmOS
SDK...
P.S. Одно Место(tm) vs. people.altlinux.ru/хрен/найдёшь/где.
Есть мнение, что это Одно Место(tm) можно перенести из
Sisyphus/unsupported куда-ньдь на wiki.sisyphus.ru.
