После появления ldv будет rpm, в котором noarch действительно noarch, а не
ссылка на каталог с макросами arch, как сейчас. Ещё нужно подумать над
тем, как поступать с выставленным тэгом BuildArch. Его значение не влияет
на архитектуру собираемости.
