Мне вдруг пришла идея (может и не новая :)), что можно существенно снизить
количество проблем людям, работающим на Сизифе, а также избавить рассылку от
повторения вопросов об одной и той же проблеме. Идея возникла после того, как
на 5-ти машинах мне пришлось лично или по телефону откатывать пакет menu,
рушащий меню и настройки в KDE.
Если выяснилось, что засланный в Сизиф пакет имеет ошибку, то правильной
практикой было бы не обновлять его. Так почему бы не ставить его на hold
автоматически. Например, заведя в Сизифе спец. пакет, который будет содержать
файл /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/sisyphus-hold. Таким образом в Сизифе будет
информация о том, какие пакеты не следует обновлять.
Если нет особых возражений против такого подхода, могу детальнее описать
процедуру.
