с ядрами такое постоянно происходит - т.к. собрал патчи (без srpm),
приложил к ядру, подрихтовал, собрал ядро, если все нормально, обновил
патчи, собрал srpms, выложил в incoming/. Получилось, что buildtime ядра
раньше, чем feat/fix патчей. Приходится из-за этого патчи раньше ядра
выкладывать, и ждать, пока они соберутся. Так что, как минимум, данный
метод работает не везде и не всегда :)
