Вот при чистке SRPMS надо это учитывать. А при генерации индексов
использовать --mapi - "List only those pkgs in srclist which
generate some binaries".
Т.е. в SRPMS могут быть исходные пакеты разных версий.
В твоём варианте вообще нет никакого смысла об'единять два
дерева. Это то же самое, что ix86 отдельно, x86_64 отдельно и
какой-ньдь ia64 тоже отдельно.
