У меня был "честный" кросскомпилятор, а в gcc местами очень
жёстко прописаны "полуотностельные" пути и ноги у них растут из
самых неожиданных мест. Посмотрите например на вывод
i386-mingw32msvc-gcc -print-search-dirs
Возможно в prc-tools с этим проще...
