Да, именно это я имел в виду.
У меня к вам просьба: придумать такую форму диагностики, которая бы не
потребовала расшифровки мантейнера пакета sisyphus_check.

Потому что в файле /etc/localtime из пакета glibc-core, установленного в
сборочной среде, указана именно эта timezone.
