Ситуация такая:
Есть папка source, в ней лежит код, выпущенный 1.04.2003 под GPL2. Это
специфичные для данной игры части.
Есть папка buildengine, в ней лежит код движка, который под GPL не
выпускался, а единственная его лицензия приведена мной в прошлом письме.
При сборке кода игры (в source) он статически линкуется с кодом движка (в
buildengine).
По-моему,
- лицензия на движок Build несовместима с GPL;
- игра является derivative work от Build.
Если что не так - поправьте.
