А это почти его драфт в нетехнической стороне и получился,
кстати.
Надо бы еще в ALT Maintainer? Policy добавить, что если
собирается существенное количесвто однотипных пакетов -- может
иметь смысл отдельно обдумать и публично обсудить subpolicy с
тем, чтобы избежать переименований, отслеживания хитрых багов и
прочих неприятностей.
