Кстати, вот пример такого себе "маленького roadmap" из одного проекта, какие было бы неплохо видеть, когда кто-либо из core team определяется с судьбами своего субпроекта. ----- Forwarded message from David Eriksson <twogood users sourceforge net> ----- Date: Sun, 23 May 2004 13:35:51 +0200 From: David Eriksson <twogood users sourceforge net> To: SynCE-Devel <synce-devel lists sourceforge net> Subject: [Synce-devel] SynCE developer's notes, May 23, 2004 X-Mailer: Ximian Evolution 1.4.6 (1.4.6-2) Hi everyone! "SynCE developer's notes" - also known as "What happens on HEAD?" :-) Contents ======== - PyRapi improvements - Improvements to SynCE's GnomeVFS module - Recurring appointments - Miscellaneous thoughts PyRapi improvements =================== As seen in the announcement of PyRapi 0.4, Markus Biermaier has joined Richard Taylor to work on the PyRapi module. Improvements to SynCE's GnomeVFS module ======================================= Today I just finished an "extreme makeover" of SynCE's GnomeVFS module. It should be more stable and as a bonus I have added a feature so that it is possible to get a "Mobile Device" icon displayed in the "Computer" folder while a PDA is connected via SynCE. It is implemented with the new synce-in-computer-folder tool. To enable this, run as user: synce-in-computer-folder install Note that the latest updates of the GnomeVFS module also requires CVS HEAD of libsynce and librapi2. Recurring appointments ====================== Recurring (also know as repeating) appointments _almost_ works. I have not had time to test them fully yet though! To test them yourself you need to pass --enable-recurrence to ./configure in the RRA module. Miscellaneous thoughts ====================== When the recurrence support is better tested we should be close a 0.9.0 release of SynCE! I also look forward to the KitchenSync integration that Christian Fremgen works on. I could write more but I'll save that for later! -- Regards, -\- David Eriksson -/- SynCE - http://synce.sourceforge.net CalcEm - http://calcem.sourceforge.net ScummVM - http://scummvm.sourceforge.net Desquirr - http://desquirr.sourceforge.net SetiWrapper - http://setiwrapper.sourceforge.net ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by: Oracle 10g Get certified on the hottest thing ever to hit the market...
