Хочется напомнить, что у rpmbuild есть опция --nosurce для
выборочной запаковки исходников (в результате получается nosrc.rpm).
Думаю, что в таком виде (т.е. без основного тарболла) разработчикам
будет удобнее всего обмениваться пакетами (например, при пересылке
по почте).
Пример:
$ rpmbuild -bs --nosource 0 ~/RPM/SPECS/gnuplot.spec
Wrote: /home/at/RPM/SRPMS/gnuplot-4.0.0-alt1.nosrc.rpm
$ ls -s /home/at/RPM/SRPMS/gnuplot-4.0.0-alt1.nosrc.rpm
36 /home/at/RPM/SRPMS/gnuplot-4.0.0-alt1.nosrc.rpm
$
К сожалению, `rpm -bs --nosource 0 ~/RPM/SPECS/gnuplot.spec' уже
не работает. Это вопрос к специалистам по rpmpopt.
