Я думаю, что лучше не пересобирать и использовать всё
собранное в Сизифе. В итоге получается, что при необходимости
использования статических библиотек всё равно нужно качать src.rpm.
Имхо, наличие репозитория RPMS.static почти полностью решило бы
проблему с перекачкой лишних данных, и не требовало бы дополнительных
изощрений в спеках.
