Только это не будет работать, если перенести
%add_variable_expand __ccache_use GCC_USE_CCACHE
%add_variable_expand __ccache_dir CCACHE_DIR
%add_variable_expand __ccache_false GCC_FALSE_CCACHE
в ~/.rpmmacros
