Summary : Исправляет некорректную информацию в MIME-заголовках e-mail сообщений
Description :
В русскоязычных списках рассылки часто бывает, что кодировка в заголовке письма
(поле charset в заголовке Content-Type) указана неправильно.
Виноваты обычно глючные или криво настроеные клиенты и, что очень часто бывает,
web-based клиенты, которые не понимают, что бывают другие языки, кроме английского.
В результате приходится угадывать кодировку для каждого письма, переключая ее туда-сюда,
что очень раздражает и отнимает некоторое время. Еще большие неудобства доставляют
неправильно закодированные(или не закодированные вообще) поля Subject, которые из-за этого
вполне могут дойти в покореженном виде. В этих случаях может помочь эта программа. Ей
лучше всего пользоваться как фильтром в вашем любимом MTA или в procmail-подобной
программе.
