я делаю так.
- сливаю со всех серверов кэш пакетов на один (rsync в кроне)
- 2 скрипта для удалени старых версий и приведения имен в нормальный вид
- пересоздание локального репозитария
все три пункта могут работать независимо
Главное чтобы локальный репозитарий указывалься в списке sources
первым, но всё равно иногда apt почему то решает что на alt
пакет свежеее (но такое бывает редко).
скриптами могу поделиться
