Лучше думать над созданием единой базы переводов _вне_ спека и
_вне_ дистрибутива. А то французы по-своему напишут, в ALTLinux
- только по-русски и английски. А остальным что делать?
Впрочем, вы это и сами знаете.
P.S. Как только mc будет работать нормально в локали UTF-8, готов
писать перевод хоть транслитом :)
