1. Ошибкой является попытка импортировать DateTime не из пакета mx,
так как никакой другой DateTime ему все равно не поможет.
2. Пакет pgdb должен зависеть от egenix-mx-base, который установит модуль mx.
Если человек поставил пакет наплевав на зависимости, то за работоспособность ситемы
отвечает он сам, значит опять это не наша проблема.
