Кое-где они и не требуются, как в mutt, если правильно собирать.
Кое-где используются скрипты db2*, которые есть в docbook-utils,
смею надеяться, в лучшей реализации.

Убрать из sgml-tools скрипты db2*?
Если сделаете, нужно будет указать пороговую версию в
Conflicts: sgml-tools
в docbook-utils.
