что-то в этом роде. важно, чтобы архив официального
релиза был неизменным. nosrc.rpm + tar.gz точно пойдет.

к Сизифу и дистрибутивам они явно не подходят
по причине лицензии и расположению файлов,
но сделать nosrc.rpm, имхо, можно, так как это
облегчило бы жизнь людям, желающим использовать
qmail, djbdns и т.п. в дистрибутивах ALTLinux.
