Вчера собрал ядро с remote_nls=cp866, при монтировании win-ресурсов
русские имена показываются нормально. А client code page и character set
нужны, они учитывются при просмотре списка ресурсов (например, комментарии
к ресурсам по русски).
Остальные настройки в ядре (2.2.18-ipl3mdk) не менял.
