Дмитрий, сей файл чистой воды подстава.И там как раз и неправильно, т.к.
1) этот скрипт позволяет получать только pot
2) этот pot не поддаёться переводу
3) результатом работы этого скрипта не могут быть файлы из пакета
http://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/9/en/os/i386/SRPMS/specspo-9.0-1.src.rpm
