Попробуйте на сервере basalt
1) в файл ~/.hasher/config добавить строку
apt_config="/home/<usr>/.hasher/apt.conf"
2) создать файл ~/.hasher/apt.conf со следующим содержимым
Dir::Etc::SourceList "/home/<usr>/.hasher/apt.list";
3) создать файл ~/.hasher/apt.list со следующим содержимым
rpm file:/ALT Sisyphus/x86_64 classic
rpm file:/ALT Sisyphus/noarch classic
===
где <usr> - ваше имя пользователя.
