Насколько я ничего не понимаю, всё тем же --target можно переопределить
архитектуру и для rpmbuild. Только для rpmbuild (если верить его --help)
нужно указывать не только процессор, а триаду CPU-VENDOR-OS, как это
обычно делается в configure-скриптах (у нас это по умолчанию
pentium4-alt-linux, если не ошибаюсь).
