Пожалуйста, выражайтесь яснее - в каком именно пакете отсутствуют
файлы, и какие именно?
И в Master 2.4, и сейчас в Сизифе в пакетах kernel-doc-%flavour
содержится сгенерированная документация в формате html. Возможно,
путаницу вносит то, что в Master 2.4 есть ещё пакет
kernel-doc-2.6.8-alt1.noarch.rpm, в котором эти файлы действительно
отсутствуют. Сейчас в Сизифе аналогичного пакета уже нет.

Добавить, конечно, можно (сейчас make mandocs вроде бы даже не
