Вот только человек собравший этот пакет и указанный в %changelog и
%packager не осуществляет поддержки этого пакета в конкретно этом
репозитории. И со всеми вопросами "почему вы сломали совместимость в
репозитории Х?" он учтиво посылает (а иногда и неучтиво) по понятным
причинам. И в этом случае пользователю обратиться не к кому т.к.
ответственного за копирование пакета найти сложно.
Сборка пакета где-либо и копирование пакета в репозиторий это разные
процессы и иногда их осуществляют разные люди.
