От klark@ узнал, что у нас давно есть проблема в дистрибутивах с rescue.
rescue в дистрибутивах при загрузке переключается в tty5, в то время как регулярка/стартеркит
нормально загружается на tty1.
Выяснилось, что если в initrd есть plymouth, то параметр splash=0, который призван отключать
запуск plymouth, ведёт себя странно. Он не только выключает plymouth, но ещё и выполняет условие
запуска plymouth на tty5 [1]. Поэтому и происходит переход на tty5.
Проблему предлагаю решить заменой параметра 'splash=0' на nosplash [2], который к тому
же поддерживается как propagator, так и make-initrd. Это нужно было сделать лет 10 назад.
