Subject: [Comm] Ядро 2.6 vs 2.4 - вопросы

Здравствуйте!
Поставил-таки себе ядро 2.6.10 (кроме него в системе есть 2.4.28).
Выбрал пакет kernel-complete-std26-smp (у меня гипертрейдинг) и вытянул
все необходимые пакеты. Но возникло несколько вопросов (наверное связанные
как-то со спецификой 2.6):
- раньше пакет kernel-complete при установке тянул за собой не все пакеты,
к примеру nvidia-force и v4l надо было помечать вручную. И в этот раз я
стал искать эти пакеты для -std26-smp вручную... Но не нашел.. Их там нет,
впрочем как и lirc... Это так должно быть?
- после установки ядра и загрузки 2.6.10 modules и modules.conf остаются
прежними и в строках загрузки я снова читаю, что, к примеру, загружается
модуль saa7134, который входил в состав kernel-modules-v4l (хотя для 2.6
такого пакета нет). откуда он грузится?? Tvtime вроде ТВ показывает...
Как нужно модифицировать modules и modules.conf в связи с 2.6 ( и нужно ли
вообще?)
- subfs - его роль в двух словах.
- autofs - будет работать как прежде (пока вроде работал при 2.6) или
снова "умрет" как kudzu?
Вот пока и все вопросы, так как поставил ядро утром и через час ушел на
работу..
Можно обобщить - какие самые принципиальные отличия 2.6 и 2.4, на что
обратить внимание?
