Здравствуйте!
Что там снова со шрифтами? Как я понял, /etc/X11/fs/config уже не
используется.. Что же вместо него? До обновления до 4.1 ставил пакет с
ms-шрифтами, теперь эти шрифты не видны в приложениях, не поддерживающих
xft.
P.S. Читал архив рассылки devel@ за прошлый год, где шли перипетии по
поводу chkfontpath и что будет в будущем со шрифтами.. К чему пришли - не
понял.
P.P.S. Увидел альтернативный (?) вариант /etc/X11/fs/config в
/etc/X11/fontpath.d с приоритетами (не понял, чем это изящнее
/etc/X11/fs/config, ну да ладно..), пытался добавить путь к шрифтами ms
туда при помощи chkfontpath --add ** - ничего..
Раскройте тайны - что за сюрпризы ждут нас впереди, может быть все же
стоит кардинально меняющиеся вещи озвучивать прелюдно? А ktirf@ думал, что
никто ничего не заметит... Правда потом сам себя поправил.. :-)
