Право не скажу точно.
Сейчас еще раз перепроверю и зайду на сервер

apt-cache search ptkdb
perl-Devel-ptkdb - Perl debugger using a Tk GUI
система еще ALT Desktop 4.0. И помню ставил с DVD+обновления
$ uname -a
Linux oc.peooc.net 2.6.18-std-smp-alt7 #1 SMP Sat Aug 4 00:07:54 MSD 2007
i686 GNU/Linux
Может на ALT D 4.1.1 действительно нет этого пакета.
:(
Но не беда,
можно легко установить из CPAN
perl -MCPAN -e 'install(Tk,Devel::ptkdb)'
