Поставить ntpd на автозапус (chkconfig ntpd on), подправить /etc/ntp.conf,
запустить сначала "грубую" подстройку времени командой ntpdate -B
_ip_временного_сервера_ а потом service ntpd start..
Образец ntp.conf:
# Servers for Moscow region
server 195.2.64.5
# You can also request your provider about regional time server name.
fudge 127.127.1.0 stratum 10
driftfile /etc/ntp/drift
#multicastclient # listen on default 224.0.1.1
broadcastdelay 0.008
# Allow anything from the local host.
restrict 127.0.0.1
# Servers for Moscow region
restrict 195.2.64.5
authenticate no
Это минимальная конфигурация без особых изысков.. алтернативные временные
серверы есть в самом конфиге
