В принципе нужно просто прошерстить несколько файлов. Там вполне понятные
комментарии..
Тема (на моем скриншоте) взята с Themes.org и называется Win Classic
(http://themes.freshmeat.net/projects/winclassic/)
Про ярлыки (то, что они к Icewm не имеют отношения), я уже написал..
Спрашивай чуть поконкретнее.. Начни править конфиг, хотя бы просто
просмотри его, структуру каталога icewm в целом.. Чтобы не портить
глобальные настройки (/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/icewm), создай свой каталог
~/.icewm (cp /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/icewm ~/.icewm), теперь твои "домашние
настройки будут перекрывать глобальные.. Для автозапука программ создай
файл startup и сделай его исполняемым..
Примерное содержание:
# автозагрузка дополнительных программ
/usr/bin/gkrellm&
/usr/bin/sven&
/usr/bin/xxkb&
(sleep 3; /usr/X11R6/bin/idesk&)&
