Очень затруднительно это значит что я не знаю как такое сделать
стандартными средствами.
Просто в твоем случае решение о маршрутизации принимается раньше чем
сработает iptables и пометит трафик. Поэтому маршрутизация по меткам
не заработает.
Надо перечитать LARTC HOWTO. Может и возможно такое сделать.
