Посмотрите, что показывает df, а потом скажите tune2fs -m 1
/dev/<HOME-DEVICE>, и у вас освободиться ещё 4% от вашего диска. :)
PS: man tune2fs вам в помощь.
PPS: Зарезервированное место всегда доступно с правами root.
