Взял в обычной строке в офтопике.
AT +CGDCONT=1,"IP","internet.mts.ru"
прописал в верхнюю строки инициализации вместо ATZ
Что там

115200 в kppp. Как регулировать собственно скорость порта в системе не знаю.
