Если бы он (конфигуратор) еще предупреждал,
что многие приложения в koi8-r уже не имеют полной функциональности
и локали кроме utf8 фактически перестают поддерживаться.
IMHO это уже правда жизни, куда денешься.
Разработчикам таки проще, когда все на utf-8? Так и пусть.
Или идея *nix обеднеет без 8-битных кодировок? Что мэтры думают?
Я к тому, писать в багзиллу или не писать, если в koi8-r не все работает?
