Как принято в современных проектах оформлять мультиязычный README и
документацию?
Во времена CD-ROMs это были каталоги en/ , ru/ и т.д., в которых лежали
HTML или PDF.
Как делать в мире git наиболее мейнстримно? На ум приходит README.ru и
т.п. (так делал автор ДОС Навигатор, вроде бы; а также - авторы других
русскоязычных проектов).
