Как сказали выше - gthumb. Digikam не видел, возможно он тоже неплох,
но gthumb - очень хорош. Три размера, миниатюрки (несколько на
странице), средний размер (одна фотография с кнопками вперед-назад) и
оригинальный размер (который можно указать ресайзить при создании веб
альбома если велик). Поддерживает темы.
Только если оно будет в собранном виде переноситься - нужно указать
копировать фотографии что-бы были относительные пути (пробовал давно,
может что и не так вспомнил)
